STRATEGIC PRIORITIES

Invest and provide professional development opportunities for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and other Communities of Color) and/or LGBTQIA2+ health professionals, culture workers, and artists.

Cultivate a network where Black, Indigenous, People of Color and LGBTQIA2+ identified health practitioners and artists can share knowledge, deepen skills, and nurture connections.

Support the expansion of a bilingual and multicultural health professional pipeline to close the accessibility gap in mental health services for Spanish-speaking Latine populations.

Nurture and expand partnerships with other community-based organizations who are invested in equitable, anti-racist, joyous, and abolitionist practices.
